Low cost camera for the newbie

Great low profile budget friendly option for those who are new to game cameras. I bought 2 to put in the back yard to see who or what visited after dark. Set up is easy and the battery life is good. A set of AAs lasts about a month depending on the number of trigger events. Daytime shots are very crisp and detailed. Night shots are a bit grainy but discernible. I opted for video capture over individual images. You can only do one or the other..

Got what I was after

Really good trail camera.
I have 5 acres of land and the new neighbors that moved in behind me started dumping broken glass and boards with nails in the back of my property as they dislike my ATV trail running along the property line.

Well after installing the cameras and cleaning up the mess they made we decided to have a late night ride around the trails with the 10 other buddies I invited over.

Sure enough the next night I caught the neighbor dumping glass, hiding nail filled boards and the one the crossed the line was the 12ga perimeter alarms he loaded with actual shot gun shells.

Anyway the sheriff was extremely impressed with the clarity of the video and you could clearly see his face as well as his ID badge from work on his shirt.
Currently just waiting to find out what his sentence will be.

Fantastic little camera.

This little camera is fantastic.

At first you could think it blinks all the time. No it does not. Only the first five (5) minutes after it takes the first photo. Then all lights goes out and it keeps taking pictures.

I set it out two days ago and got more than 5500 very clear photos of which a few were of one coyote and one squirrel.

It follows the KISS principles. KISS means: Keep It Simple Stupid.

Nice Addition to My Cams

Takes good pic's for a little guy. Waterproof plug protects memory chip as there is no door like std Cams.
